Usergroup requests Empty Usergroup requests

All usergroup requests should be emailed to tfdo@ymail.com.

Be sure to include the following in your email:

1. Group Name
2. Short discription
3. Moderator of group (Please only specify 1)
4. Open Group or Closed group (meaning that if it is an open group, users can add themselves as they choose or close group, you will be able to add the people you choose to be a part of the usergroup)
5. A short description as to why you feel that this group is necessary.

The administrators of THE FAIL dot ORG reserve the right to carry out or deny the request of any usergroups that are sent.
