Montecristo White Label
"Continuing with Montecristo’s fine tradition of being one of the world’s most in-demand brand names, Montecristo adds a bolder, richer element to its stable with the Montecristo White. Comprised of Dominican and Nicaraguan long fillers, wrapped in a flavorful Connecticut-seed Ecuadorian shade grown wrapper, the White offers a smooth, robust and satisfying smoke for the more developed palate. This Montecristo lives up to its name."
One of the top names in cigars, a Montecristo is rarely, if ever, a wrong decision. The White Labels really are a treat. A nice medium cigar from foot to nub, your palate will find earthy notes, some hints of wood and the sweetness of the wrapper. This cigar was smooth burning, with plenty of smoke in each draw and lasting in the area of 45 minutes to one hour. However, for being retailed as a robust smoke, meant more for the experienced smoker, I felt it was rather light on body. Regardless of my preference of 'in your face' cigars, this was a perfect smoke, enhanced by the Crown with two ice cubes.
